After we made an enquiry about getting this work done, the Grout Guy was the first to attend to my enquiry and was able to send someone out relatively quickly and seamlessly. Mark attended the site and gave me a quote on the job as well as some options. He was able to amend the quote as required as well after. The process was straight forward. It was pretty easy to book in the actual date for the work to be completed, a phone call away and plenty of reminders prior to the day. Christian who came and did the work was professional and above all ON TIME to start the work. He explained to us what he would do for the day prior to starting.
