  • Full data ownership - all customer data remains the property of The Grout Guy, we do not feed any customer data into any public AI platforms.

WHAT AI IS NOT USED FOR

  • AI does not make final decisions about services, quotes, or workmanship.
  • AI does not override human judgment.
  • AI does not store, sell, or share customer information beyond its intended purpose.
