Forrestdale

Forrestdale is a southern Perth suburb in the City of Armadale, around 25 kilometres from the CBD and home to one of Western Australia’s most ecologically significant wetlands. Forrestdale Lake, made an A-class Nature Reserve in 1957 and part of the internationally listed Ramsar wetland together with Thomsons Lake since 1990, regularly supports over 20,000 waterbirds, including five shorebird species at nationally significant numbers. The lake was used by Noongar people for turtle hunting for thousands of years and holds deep spiritual significance in Noongar culture. The suburb was named after Sir John Forrest, Western Australia’s first Premier, and the first European settlers, William and Alfred Skeet, arrived in 1885 to fell and sell timber from the surrounding jarrah bush. From the day I send out request for a quote, they went out, took pictures, did test for any leaks and submit with a report for my Owner to have a well informed decision.   Once the quote was approved, they booked in again with my tenants, went out on site at 7am and start working.  Once done, they provided more photos for my Owner.

The quote process was really smooth, they explained everything thoroughly and spotted areas that needed fixing that we hadn't noticed.
