Paulls Valley
Paulls Valley is a small hills suburb in the City of Kalamunda, nestled in the Helena River valley and accessed primarily from Mundaring Weir Road. The suburb was officially named in 1973, commemorating Albert Paull, an orchardist who settled in the district in 1914 and purchased Garden Hill from the King family, who had farmed the creek-side land since 1886. John Henry King and his wife Hester had built a timber slab house on the most productive land near the creek, planting fruit trees and vegetables before selling the property to Albert Paull, who renovated the cottage and developed the orchard further. The area sits close to Beelu National Park, formerly known as Mundaring National Park, which encompasses granite outcrops, jarrah and marri forest, and walking trails through the Darling Range escarpment. The Helena River valley gives the suburb a quiet, secluded character unlike the more accessible hills towns nearby. Properties in Paulls Valley are predominantly older homes on rural and semi-rural blocks, and bathrooms in these homes often carry grout and silicone that has never been professionally restored. In hillside homes, water damage behind tiles can go undetected for years. The Grout Guy services Paulls Valley with tile regrouting, leaking shower repair, silicone replacement, and tile and grout sealing. Fixed pricing. No tile removal. A 10-Year Waterproof Warranty on complete regrouts. Contact The Grout Guy today for a Paulls Valley quote.
