Ceres

Ceres is a small semi-rural locality approximately eight kilometres south-west of Geelong’s city centre within the City of Greater Geelong. The locality has a quiet, rural character with lifestyle properties and small farms on the southern edge of Geelong’s urban boundary. Ceres is best known as the location of the CERES Community Environment Park, and the area has an environmental and alternative lifestyle character that makes it popular with those seeking a semi-rural address close to Geelong’s amenity. The sheltered valley and creek corridor setting of Ceres contributes elevated ambient humidity to the local microclimate. Geelong’s seasonal temperature cycling drives the thermal stress that causes grout in bathroom tile systems to crack over time. In the semi-rural, vegetated setting, bathroom drying between uses is slower than in more exposed urban environments, and professional grout maintenance is a practical investment for homeowners on lifestyle properties. The locality’s semi-rural south-western Geelong character means professional grout services are both accessible and relevant for residents. The Grout Guy services Ceres with tile regrouting, leaking shower repair, silicone replacement, and tile and grout sealing. A complete regrout is backed by a 10-Year Waterproof Warranty. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Both the person who gave the quote Jamie and Wani who did the job were professional. Wani helped me with choosing both grout and grout to match the grout in the rest of the bathroom and what went in is spot on. Wani was very polite and cleaned up after himself. I am very satisfied with the job.Kathy
