Bull Creek
Bull Creek is a leafy suburb within the City of Melville, about 13 kilometres south of Perth’s CBD. The suburb takes its name from the creek that flows into the Canning River, which was itself named after Henry Bull, an early settler who received a land grant of approximately 300 acres in 1830. The City of Melville Council officially named the suburb Bull Creek in December 1968. Today the suburb is home to two of its most distinctive landmarks: the Aviation Heritage Museum, which opened in 1979 and houses a remarkable collection of historic aircraft, and the Royal Australian Air Force Memorial retirement estate, first developed in 1971. According to Wikipedia, Bull Creek railway station on the Mandurah line, which opened in December 2007, provides fast access to both Perth and Mandurah for residents. The suburb is a quiet, established neighbourhood of brick-and-tile homes, many dating from the 1970s and 1980s. At 40 to 50 years of age, bathrooms in homes of this period are well overdue for specialist attention. Grout has failed as a waterproof seal, silicone has cracked and pulled away from the wall, and shower leaks are causing hidden damage to the floor and wall structures behind and beneath the tiles. The Grout Guy services Bull Creek and the City of Melville regularly, fixing these problems without removing a single tile. Pricing is transparent and fixed upfront, and a complete shower regrout carries a 10-Year Waterproof Warranty. Call for an obligation-free quote in Bull Creek.
