Pearsall
Pearsall is a suburb in the City of Wanneroo, around 19 kilometres north of Perth’s CBD, named after William Charles Pearsall in recognition of his long contribution to the Wanneroo community. Pearsall arrived from Victoria in 1906 and, with his brother Bert and father-in-law, established a property on Cockman Road in 1922. The Pearsall family were notable not just for farming but for community enterprise: they were the first to screen silent pictures for the local community, using the old Wanneroo Road Board Hall in the mid-1920s. Pearsall House, the family homestead, is heritage-listed for its significance to the district’s early development. Until the late 1990s, the suburb was the southernmost part of Wanneroo before being subdivided as residential development accelerated along the northern corridor. Yellagonga Regional Park, a major bushland reserve running along the eastern edge of the suburb, provides walking and cycling trails and significant wetland habitat. Most homes in Pearsall were built through the late 1990s and 2000s, and in Perth’s hard bore water environment bathrooms from this period can develop significant grout staining and silicone failure within ten to fifteen years. The Grout Guy services Pearsall with tile regrouting, leaking shower repair, silicone replacement, and tile and grout sealing. Fixed pricing. No tile removal. A 10-Year Waterproof Warranty on full regrouts. Get in touch today for a Pearsall quote.
