Willetton is a large southern suburb of Perth in the City of Canning, about 12 kilometres from the CBD. The suburb is named after Henry Willett of Willett & Co, who was granted Canning Location 21 in the area in June 1832. The suburb was formerly part of Riverton, and was given the name Willetton in 1965.
